Over her twenty plus year career, Delia Mallory has guided leaders and their teams through periods of significant Change: Change that has resulted in measurable performance improvements and cultural enhancements that are palpable. 

Delia has served in management and consulting roles in the banking, healthcare, insurance and manufacturing industries, supporting business partners domestically and internationally.  With a human resources generalist focus coupled with an academic orientation in Training and Development and Adult Education, Delia consults with organizations on general Human Resources solutions, Organizational Effectiveness strategies and Training and Development solutions for leaders, associates and teams. 

Delia Mallory is a member of the Human Resources association of Central Ohio (HRACO) and the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM).  She has held the SPHR (Senior Professional In Human Resources) designation since 1999.  Delia resides in New Albany, Ohio.
